Welcome love, I’m Glad You're Here!

I help capable, deeply responsible women come home to their body's wisdom, their intuition and the knowing beneath the performance.

My Story

I had everything I thought would make me happy. A successful career, a clinic of my own, the family, the house, the car and yet, I felt empty.

I'd spent years as a physiotherapist doing everything that was expected of me, until burnout stopped me mid-way through a master's degree. My body asked me to slow down and really listen.

That listening changed everything. I went deep into personal development, spiritual study and NLP. I sold my clinic and my family and I moved to Wānaka to build a life and a way of working around what I'd learned.

What I learned is simple to say and takes a lifetime to live: transformation isn't becoming someone new. It's remembering who you already are, beneath the conditioning, the fear and the expectations.

How I work

I'm not here to fix you. You were never broken.

My work creates the conditions where you feel safe enough to reconnect with your own body's intelligence and trust yourself again. I'm a guide and a witness. The insight, the choices and the change are yours.

I draw on somatic therapy, energy healing, breathwork, NLP and intuitive guidance, held by years of clinical understanding of the body. I've studied ancient teachings such as Traditional Chinese medicine and Vedic and Buddhist wisdom. I work with shamanic traditions and I'm initiated into, and still learning within, the Stalking Wolf lineage.

Science and spirit, East and West. Grounded, not either or.

A few things about me

I live in Wānaka with my partner Steve and our three boys.

"Tala" means morning star. My logo is a compass for finding your way back to centre.

My best decisions come from my body, not my head. I'm still practising this every day.

I believe resistance is information, not a stop sign.
